Wow, I am sorry, but I did not intend any ill sarcasm towards you in my reply, I appologize if you saw it that way.  Your email was not clear that the downpipe was not included, and if it was true, I was going to ask you to have two built so that I could get one for that price too.

If there is any real danger on this list it is reading into the "tone" of others emails...since I work full time and am busy at work.  When I check my email it is very quickly, and often I do not have the time or manner to reply with long, drawn out replies taking into consideration every emitional implication.  

My email was short and concise, it may have come out a little sarcastic, and I appologize, but you read into the email and came up with a tone completely not my intention.

Your sarcasm in the last paragraph was not really required nor particularly
helpful. It's kind of the problem we face on the list where 'know-it-alls'
are too busy puffing up their chests and boasting of their knowledge rather
than sharing it. You are not the worst offender, I just wish that everyone
would lighten-up a lot and have fun.<<
