Windshield wiper problems

It's probably the nut that attaches the motor to the linkage has come loose,
or rather, the splines on the drive post have worn the inside of the drive
arm a little. That, or the same thing has happened to BOTH wiper arms. A
simple snug down of the appropriate nut should do the trick. The hardest
part is probably going to be accessing the motor assy. if that is the
culprit.

Subject: Windshield wiper problems
Some heavy snow blocks wedged in the wipers of my A6 Avant yesterday.
Now they don't work. When I turn them on I can hear the motor, but they
don't move. Help!
