Extended warranty's?

I cant believe I am asking this, as I always though extended warranties
were for suckers.. but www.warrantybynet.com seems like they have pretty
darn good prices.. As a sample, a 1998 Audi with 40,000 miles can get a 7
year 80,000 mile extended warranty for $172/yr ($1208 total)...  I KNOW
that this would pay for itself..  Likewise, they will pay for parts and
labor including dealerships (heck, 2 hours at the dealer will cost ya $172
:)

Now if only I had a 1998 audi :)
