Well, compare a Lincoln LS to a Jaguar S-type and I would expect the
transformation from a Ford Mondeo to the X-type to be about par.  Which
is to say, the interior bits are quite different and Jaguar did a good
job hiding its Ford-ness.  However, I still can't help thinking "Taurus"
when I see an S-type.  Now, I have only seen pictures of the X-type,
it is hard to say how it would look in the flesh.
