I appreciated your post- I never knew of this guy and he has a couple
photos that I'd love to have made into large prints for hanging on the
wall.

As for the guy who posted a pretty nasty post- lighten up, will you?
If you're not interested in what the guy has, fine. Criticism of the
cost is not constructive in this forum.

A Van Gogh is just some paint thrown on a canvas by an eccentric guy
100 years ago. By your criteria, the frame should be worth much more
than the painting. Your argument is pointless- people will pay for something
that they want and when it comes to stuff like photos and paintings,
you can't place a fixed value on it.
