wood trim removal: need help

Hi listers.
I looked through archives looking for instructions how to remove wooden trim on a dash board of a 200tq '89. In vain. Bentley has no instuctions as well (at least I did not find them). Picture did not help me a lot.  Could you tell me how to do it? I found a donor car on a junk yard and I'd like to replace cracked trim in my car. Your help will be appreciated.

One more question: is it possible to replace brushes and bearing in radiator fan motor?
