bmw dealer experience

	i thought this might be interesting to pass along.  my
	audi dealer experience has been ok actually, but i can
	be an in-your-face customer so of course they remember
	me.  that and calling every three days to see if my car
	was in stock.  their service department sucks, though.

	and pardon the caps lock.  the mailing list this comes
	from is extremely chatty and jovial and off-topic.  friday
	is known as "caps lock friday", whoch is what you see here.

EVERYTHING CHILL FOR US; BOUGHT US LUNCH, GAVE US A 2001 330CI AS A LOANER
CAR, REMEMBER OUR NAMES WHEN WE WALK THROUGH THE SHOWROOM (EVEN AFTER A 7
MONTH BREAK BETWEEN VISITS), BMW SENT US A VIDEO, HAS CALLED TWICE TO MAKE
SURE WE ARE HAPPY, ETC.....ANYWAY, GIVEING QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTS
FOR A HELL OF ALLOT.  ALTHOUGH WE WON'T BE BUYING OUR NEXT CAR FROM THE SAME
DEALERSHIP, WE WILL BE BUYING ANOTHER BMW WHEN THE TIME COMES.....
