intermitent hot start problem

Put a fuel pressure gauge on it. There is a very high likelyhood that 
you're experiencing lack of residual fuel pressure. This will cause 
exactly the symptoms you're describing. I see you've replaced the 
pump and injectors, which are two prime suspects for causing this 
problem, but there are other ways it can happen too.
