1. I used a piece of aluminum heat riser tubing (generic stuff) from
Canadian Tire. Very cheap, works really well and looks sharp.
2. I think every 5KTQ has the mounting flanges broken off. I used big
washers to keep mine in place.
3 and 4. No idea. Good luck
