I'll just interject something here ... if you're replacing the timing
belt, then the serpentine belt and its tensioner are already off ... the
serpentine belt isn't too expensive, so I'd just add that to the list. 
As far as its tensioner goes, if you have a 1992 or 1993 car (I think it
stopped after '93) you'll need some sort of upgrade kit -- you can't buy
a new tensioner.  I went ahead and put the old one back on, but I'll
need a new one next time.
