Type44 Adjusting Koni Reds Front BTDT?

Ok now the question is, Assuming that you can do this on the car.

Do I have to remove the upper strut mount?
How long of an allen wrench will I need?
How do I get the shaft back up after adjusting it??
How much much does a full turn tighten the struts?
