I had a non-T type 44 Q, and ran with -0.5 degrees, didn't go to -1
degree. Too much negative will definitely make it darty. I found about
a half degree negative to be just about right, good dial-in without
excessive tire wear. 

If you can't get less than -1.5, something is bent. A shop that
knows Q's should be able to deal with it. Most generic alignment
shops don't know squat about Q's.
