225/40 on 7.5" Width Rims

    Well I took the tires from the tire shop to a speed shop, drag racer
types, pulling an engine from a nice looking Corvette when I walked in.
They are going to fit the tires by hand, $25 a pop.  I guess this is the
only way to get this tire onto a 7.5" rim, the sidewalls are too stiff and
the distance between the beads is too great.  Though on paper it says
7.5"-9" is the range...
