should I buy an S4?

I wouldn't buy it.

$10K represents a pretty hard smack in the butt for this car.

A clean lower mileage S6 just sold for $17.5K last week on ebay. S6 sedan
prices start at around $17K and go up. S4 prices start in the $12K range and
go to $25K. Why buy this one with a major hit in its past and 100K on the
odometer?

If you want a nice clean S4, there are plenty others out there to consider.
