Actually, according to the latest headline in vwvortex.com, there's no
plan for the 4Motion Jetta. But the GTI is getting 201hp 24v VR6 with
6-speed manual in 2002. This model only comes with 4Motion in Europe, but
it seems North America will only get it as FWD. Price is going to be 
lower compared to the current GTI, around 22k or so. This is very 
tempting.
