No.  TT quattros have Haldex.  *All* transverse engine VW 4motions
(Golf, Jetta/Bora) and Audi quattros (TT, A3, S3) have Haldex.
Only the longitudinal engine cars use Torsen (Passat, A4, A6, A8 and
their S counterparts).
