High RPM between gears

Well hopefully when I install all the turbo bits I eliminate any source
of leaking air in to the system. I am eliminating any connection between
the intake system and the carbon system. If I didn't I'd be pressurizing
the crank case breather which is directly tied to the cylinder head vent and
carbon system. As in my present system I'll have the injectors vent to the
airboot, crank case stays going to the airbox, cylinder head vent goes to
the crank breather hose, and the carbon system is linked to the cylinder
head vent via a "t" piece. Now at the moment all of that is connected to
the intake manifold through a stock hose, but when the turbo goes in that
hose bites the dust, praying that will get rid of any vacuum related
problems.
I have checked the decell shutoff on this car lots of times, works fine.
Though I think my airflow potentiometer is not adjusted properly. It has a
trim screw and I constantly get a code from it. It causes my idle to go
bonkers as if I had a short in the ISV wiring, which is another possibility
for bad idle. Even with all the new parts it seems that not everything is
n'sync. Pressure in my fuel system is good, or so the mechanic has told me,
that is one thing I haven't tinkered with yet.
Cheers,
