Your transporter service is probably correct. The "tow hooks" which many
Audis have are not for securing  the car down to a trailer. My brother, who
has worked for a new car transporter for many years, absolutely hates
shipping Audis because they don't have tie down points under the car. On the
other hand he loves Toyota / Lexus which, as expected, have properly
engineered tie down points built in under every car.
