I'd also note that:
- The radiator fluid reservoir is almost empty, and the reservoir itself
appears new
- The battery cover is missing (hey, a $70 part at the dealer)...

As far as the paint goes, I have a hard time believing that they masked
off the headlights and such, but not the radiator; I mean that's a big
open space that's easy to cover.  Maybe that's what you get for $40 ...
I couldn't get a $40 paint job for the bumper of my white 90, at least
not at any reputable shop.
