For the 5K/100/200 series, get the parts from Blaufergnugen.
He makes a replacement part speciically for these cars, it
bolts right in. I think mine was about $149.
I went through the "BMW" part number, which didn't fit, and
tried retrofitting a 4000 part, which didn't fit either. For
$149, just get the right one and save yourself some grief.
