Ken,
I installed a boost gauge last summer in my 5ktq. Hardest part was getting
the right fittings for that 1/8" dia hose. I put a T in at the ECU and just
ran my line up under the dash and out the defrost vent right next to the
A-pillar. Came out nice actually and the gauge is nice to have now.

Now I'm in the middle of replacing my passenger side window
regulator, and I had to leave to get some grease for the door handle.
I'm going to be installing a boost gauge after this project, and I was
looking for some info. The Audifans server seems to not be
responding, otherwise I'd look in the archives.
I just want to know if I have to run a separate pressure line to the
motor (where?), or can I tee off the line to the ECU. Would it be
bad to tee off the ECU line?
