Clutch slave cylinder -- how to get the little bugger out ?

Roll pins being hollow, some folks look for smaller ones to insert into 
larger ones when they think something needs to be held in more 
reliably.  Maybe you drove out an inner pin and there's still a larger roll 
pin in place?  I've never looked at a slave cylinder mounting, but I've 
seen this approach in similar circumstances.
