URGENT: cam pulley locking

if you have access to an electric/pneumatic impact driver these boltscome
loose very easily, failing that lock the belt on the lower pully (maybe with
a socket and bar) the upper bolt should always come loose first as it is
smaller and the loctite is never as strong!
