I've seen three ingestions since August.

All the ones I've seen involved something small and round -
about the size of the smallest crimpable hose clips that Audi
uses - but very hard.  All have visited more than one cylinder.
All of the events were short-lived.

I don't have access to hardware at the moment - there isn't a
sleeve or bush that can fall out of the end of the ISV, is
there?
