86 5KTQ - Feels like it's under very high load.....

Started driving to work today, and my quattro 5000 was very
unresponsive, while indicating .8 or .9 on the turbo boost readout. This
was doing 20 km/hr in 2nd gear. While idling, the engine sounds normal,
and responsive to throttle changes. Once its moving again, it seems like
its under tremendous load - yet going nowhere fast.

Any BTDT's? TIA
