Stupid 200 TQA Questions

  Ok, go easy on me.  I've had experience with the old inline 5
cylinders out of the FWD 5000s, and now I have a V8, so I have no clue
about the turbo 5 cylinders or the 200s.  So then, here are some of my
stupid questions:

1.  Can I put either 1991 200 fenders, or V8 fenders on a 1990 200 (I
want the flared fenders)?

2.  Is it a fairly easy task to drop a 20 valve turbo motor into a 1990
200?

3.  Is it advantageous to install an RS-2 turbo and manifold onto a 10
valve turbo motor?

4.  Is the 10 valve turbo motor chipable with any significance?

I've set my settings to not receive messages from the Quattro list (too
many to weed through in a day), so please reply to me.
