As I had to do this morning. Here in Yorkshire we had a heavy (for the UK)
snowfall during the rush hour which resulted in major chaos. The road that I
usually take to get to Leeds (A64) was blocked by spun-off cars in two
places so I took to the back roads. As I approached Leeds I fetched up
behind a slow-moving row of cars. In front of me was an Impreza, in front of
that a Shogun, infront of that an A6 Avant (probably quattro but I couldn't
tell at that distance) and holding us all up was a Nissan trying rather
unsuccessfully to grip the road.
BTW, anybody who's interested, I've posted some pictures of my car.
