Clogged radiator?

Sounds about right to me, thermostat is only at full aperture at about
215 degrees.  IF you're getting a boil over condition, the reservoir cap
would be the first suspect.

Are you going to fly over to Germany to pick one up??  I just replaced
the radiator in the 1990 200TQA-$124 including delivery.  Check the
archives, plenty of info on radiators etc. in recent threads.
