When I replaced my timing belt last year, I did
the crank seal (which gave me trouble) and gave
up trying to replace the cam seal. Today, 15,000 
miles later, the cam seal is fine and the crank 
seal is leaking.

If I were to do it again, I'd leave it alone 
(provided it isn't leaking).
