87 4kcsq lifter part #

Good Morning All,
Would one of you with the family album check to see if this is the correct 
part number for the lifters for a JT engine?
Part # 034 109 309AD

And for the 87dc thermostat?
Part #: 069 121 113

Also I could use part #'s for the v belts.

I have also been told by some listers to get a timing belt idler, but I do 
not see that part in the bentley on the i5, I thought those were only used 
on the i4 motors?

And last but not least, does the head gasket set normally come with injector 
o-rings and cam seal?
