Makes me wonder

Sometimes I really wonder why I put up with this sort of thing. 20 months
rebuilding the car, two weeks after getting it back on the road it blows a
dash lamp - normally not a big job but on a digital dash Ur-q? Different
story. Can't replace it with the instrument panel in place and removing it
is a real pain. I don't know who designed the switch multi-plugs but whoever
it was didn't want them to shake loose - ever.

Anyway, replaced the lamp this morning, hour and a half later one of the
drivers seat cables snapped. As luck would have it, I bought one a few
months ago and it just happened to be the correct length, so tonight I've
had the seat apart.

What next? Nothing for a few weeks I hope.
