Cupholder mod for 100/200 type 44

Chris,
This doesn't work for the 100/200 nearly as well, nor is it a factory fit
like the cupholder I mentioned. Considering that the side of the console
is carpeted, the Passat cupholder would stick out like a sore thumb.

  actually, it  does fit flush.  thats why i used it.  did you see my pics?
  the curvature of the passat cupholder matches the curvature of the side of
  the 5ktq console perfectly. theres no gap.  it looks like a stock
accessory..
     i think theres a few other listers whove used the b4 passat cupholder
too.
   i wouldnt have done it if the end result was hokey looking.
