Exhaust hangers fail - grinding noise

Let all QuattroPhille be advised - This happens to all of these cars AFAIK -
inspect regularly lest you grind large hole in exhaust system with drive
shafts, that is a PITA to repair.  Unless you want premature failure of rear
exhaust as an excuse to upgrade, periodically take a look. 

[Where ARE they?]  Any or all of the hangers that fail or sag should be
replaced.
