Blacking out Chrome

the paint will get sandblasted while you drive.  Bumpers take it well,
you're just makig the old black prettier.  on the chrome, when it starts
to pit it may look a bit sad.

So try to use the "hardest" paint you can get and make sure it is
applied as well as you can do it
