I think I just answered your friend directly. Robert?

He's got a problem with his G92 potentiometer. It's inside the center
console down and to the left of the cc head. 

I've also sent Robert the CC diagnostics so he can check his error
codes; more than likely an 8.7 or 8.5.

I'm right in the middle of an interior strip down trying to get to this
little bugger.
