Outer upper rear tie-rod joint. Seal eventually fails (joint usually
fine, play free), loses lube. Squeaks. Inject lube (WD-40 works for me,
Silicone does not. About to try spray lithium grease) into, through or
under the rubber boot and sound goes away for about a month, shorter if
the season is very wet.
