blonde never saw it comming

I need the groups help.  While driving with a friend
the other day, a blonde thought it was a good idea to
see how well brakes on my 11 year old 100 works.  To
her benefit (but not so much to the benefit of my
friends forehead) they worked fine, and I avoided
hitting her, very scary.  But after that my car is
making a bad grinding noise and my rear passenger disk
has nice grooves in it.  I would like to upgrade all 4
disks and figure now is as good a time as any.  My
questions are as follows;

Where can I get lighter (drilled and/or slotted)
rotors for a 1990 100q?

I have looked at germanautoparts.com and audiquattro
parts, they do not have what I wish, can I use disks
from a 200 or 5000?

Anyone got any for sale, or experience using these
type of brakes?  any help would be great,thanks
