OK - so does anyone have any real experience with these things.

The topic came up awhile back and if I recall, the answer is they are a
gimmick.  It seems like it would work if it could be integrated into the
intake properly.

I sure don't see how it could improve an already turbocharged car - well
maybe off the line, but at higher boost it would seem that it would just
impede air flow, and the wastgate limits the boost anyway. 

It would seem that it could help a NA engine.  That is if it didn't actually
impede the air flow at higher RPM and air flow.

Opinions? Verdict?
