I find it amusing that they claim a 4-6% power increase, but it's only
at full throttle, as it uses a switch, like nitrous. Gee, just improve
your intake and exhaust system, for less restriction, and you can get a
4-6% power increase across the entire rpm range.

Sounds like pure snake oil to me. 

Also if you go to their FAQ section, their answer to question number 1
really twists the facts around to make turbo and superchargers look
inefficient. They make it sound like turbo and supercharges are wasted
because you only need the extra horsepower when you floor it. WRONG, the
advantage of turbo and superchargers is to allow extra horsepower at
partial throttle so you don't have to use as much fuel/throttle to get
the same acceleration.
