the 5ktq radiator just won't fit. you can use the 4kq radiator no problem
but you have to tilt it at an angle to use the 5kt AC compressor. I'm
working on making AC fit in my car now (florida bound for the summer.. it
gets HOT). I'm dumping the nippendenso stock 5kt compressor and going with
a custom Sanden unit. I realized the thing to do is to make a custom
bracket that will take up less room than the stock compressor. I am going
to try to make this fit with a larger than stock custom radiator as well.
To do this you must move the Alternator to the turbo side of the engine.. as
if there wasn't enough over there already.. My plan is to use a Sanden SD5
series compressor as the fittings are on the top of the unit and it is a
fairly compact compressor in a high efficiency scroll type design.
