D & W Catalog, US or Canadian Source?

You can order the catalogue directly from their website (click on "Katalog
Bestellen"), but it doesnt look like they have any representatives outside
Europe. Another company in the same line, try DTS at http://www.dtsshop.de
DTS is not represented in the US either, but they are represented in Japan
