replace lift gate shocks on 93 100csq avant

Been meaning to replace these for a while.

I'm assuming this has been done and documented very well on the list
sometime in the past. However, my archive search is not bearing fruit.
Perhaps one of you can help me with some directions (or if you remember a
recent thread on this subject, what timeframe that was).

Also, I see that Blau has them for $45 each (another page has them for $36
each). Are there other sources I should check?
