Hi,
In this case it appears to be the Dealer, not AoA, that's trying to rob
this person of his money. I suspect
that the dealer would rather not do the work as a warranty repair because
AoA would hold the line on cost.
Maybe what this fellow needs to do is quit talking to the Dealer and try
talking to an AoA rep.
