Mike, look for a full writeup soon going into more detail. The fuel rail is
a "generic" extruded stock, I then drilled the injector holes and welded the
-6 fittings on the end. This will not fit on an MC or KH with the turbo
intake manifold unless it is modified like I did. It would fit well on other
NA IM however.
The ECU is a custom unit that I have been working on developing for a while,
it was a project that I began at a tuner I used to work for. It is
comparable to a Haltech or Electormotive unit, it runs in closed loop using
OXS, base line settings must be calibrated though (as in all systems). It is
very user friendly and tuneable using a simple windows program and can be run
on most any lap top or computer. Contact me if you are intersted in more
information.
The intake manifold is coated on the bottom with a ceramic coating, and then
the whole thing is done is a heat rejecting barrier as is the fuel rail.
Check out www.microcoat.com, very cool stuff, talk to Bruce, they do great
work.

Javad

I have been reading about your EFI turbo conversion with great interest. I
was wondering about your fuel rail and choice of ECU. I have been trying to
decide on one to use for my 5KTQ. I was looking at haltec and also at the
Autronic SMC unit that Jorgen used I know there are lots of different ones
out there. I was wondering on how you decided which one to use? I would like
something that is easy to tune, preferably something that just takes readings
from the engine and tunes itself.
I am guessing that you custom made the fuel rail?
also what is the coating on your intake manifold? I am guessing some kind of
thermal barrier? >>
