Kumho 712's speed ratings?

That'll be interesting. THe only comparisons I've been able to make so
far are between the Bridgie RE71s and the Kumho 712s (for street tires).
Overall, that is ALL things considered, the Kumho's a better tire, but
that's what comes from being almost 15 years newer in design!
