should be 1.3 to 1.4 bar boost, depending upon the accuracy of your dash
gauge. 

Keep plugging along sjm's list. Personally, I downloaded it. 

Vacuum leaks probably are an issue here, not one single one, but a series
of little ones. Clean those up and you'll likely have a much better
running car. Also, make sure that you are using at least 91 octane fuel,
or the knock sensor(s) may limit the amount of boost you are getting.
