Most of this is above my level of knowledge but one thing I can add is that
on the 80/90's there is a fuse for the ISV.  Actually it's the fuse for the
cold start valve, ISV and a few other things....it's fuse #28.  It one of
the fuses below the "Motor" cover.

missing here...
