Old Audi fan, might soon be an owner

Ever since my dad bought my mother her 1989 Audi 100 I have been a fan of these cars. I am currently looking for a new car and just found a red 1994 90CS (w/ Auto). I have not driven the car yet, but I am looking forward to it. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to look out for and to avoid when it comes to these cars? Also, I have gotten very used to my 92 honda civic's supurb handling. Has anyone driven a civic 4dr of this vintage and also a 90CS? How does it ride at 100MPH+? Has anyone autocrossed one? Has anyone autocrossed an auto 90CS?
