Very good Nate, also to Rob B Dad! I pulled out the FP relay, pulled off the cover, and one of the contacts for the dual circuit (the ISV, etc) fell out! So, I am going to throw in a spare I have tonight and see what happens.
The problem is that when cold, or not under throttle for that matter, the O2 is not heated and the ECU overcompensates thinking things are going lean, which results in a totally rich mixture! This should fix it, thanks guys for the brain storming. And Huw, your solution was way too easy! =)
