Help!!!What colour should I have my car repainted??

However,
  sometimes you can move to a nicer shade of a color and be hard
pressed to see a difference.  My 4kq is painted 94' Honda Red. 
Its different red than the 4kq, but looks very similar. 
However, its a 3-stage paint that always looks good, rarely
needs attention, and cleans up excellent.  But open the doors
and you can tell its been painted if you look hard but wouldn't
guess its a different color.
  We are doing the same thing on a Friends VW Jetta.  Going with
a Blue thats a little darker than factory but jsut a little. 
but it will do a lot for the looks of the car.  
  Adding a pearl effect paint thats similar in color can do the
same thing.
